If the package was damaged in shipment, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call us at 1-614-923-9668 or contact us by e-mail before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. On normal returns we do not refund shipping costs.
